Ultimul Raport al Securitatii catre Nicolae Ceausescu

Please note:  no mention whatsoever of the alleged role played by “Russian tourists” or “Soviet tourists” in allegedly fomenting the Timisoara uprising

published in Evenimentul Zilei, 28 iulie 1992, p. 3.

19 December 1989 (AFP):  How threatening or suspicious were the “Russian tourists” / “Soviet tourists” at the time?  — Even after the revolt of the previous days in Timisoara, journalists at the closed off border with Yugoslavia were told “go back home, only Russians can get through” !!!

Nor did the Romanian ambassador to Moscow mention a word of any of this to the Soviets!
